SONJA - Mama of the house - takes care of everything, the Badl, guests and team. Since she took over the house many years ago, beautiful and new things have happened. She has filled the house with lots of love and wonderful pieces of art, because life in the middle of old stories, art and joy is simply good. Her work is her passion and the reception is her living room, where people, dogs and cats like to keep her company.

LARA - full of energy and sunshine - the golden mean of the 3 Badl children. Since she was 5 years old, she has already known that the Badl is the best place to live and work. After training in tourism, gaining experience in the luxury hotel industry, courses and further training, she is the happiest person when she can look after everyone.  Oh yes - she also bakes the best organic sourdough bread in the world - maybe you'll be there when the bread oven is fired up once a month in the garden and Lara sweeps through the aisles with a floured apron and dozens of baskets of dough....

PAULINA - is the youngest of the 3 Badl children. Creative and full of ideas, crazy about animals and good food. She loves sauerkraut as much as sushi, is a horse whisperer and never ceases to surprise and delight us. She also supports us in reception and at events (if she needs a break of her studies of food science and biotechnology) and sweetens our lives with her incredible brownies.

OUR ROOM ANGELS - always on the move, sweet, hard-working and full of energy - make sure that our hotel shines and that our guests enjoy well-kept rooms. We can always rely on them and they do their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease.

SOPHIA - young people like her simply make the world and life more beautiful. During summertime and on weekends, our house shines a little brighter when she works at the BADL. Her beaming smile and her sunny mood are a treasure for us and our guests.

OMA - Elke and the Badl are inseparable. Even though our senior boss has been retired for a long time, she still comes to visit us. Her greatest joy is chatting with the guests who have enriched her life and have been with her for decades. 

DOMINIC - the only man in the "Weiber-Wirtschaft", who is of course adored by all 3 generations of Badl women - as big brother, son and grandson. In addition to his studies of industrial engineering, he is there for us in technical emergencies, a cry for help is enough, Dominic knows a solution for almost everything, he is a “master of disaster”. Flying, technical innovations and traveling are his passions.
